The hotel offers a great location near Patong Beach, making it easy to explore the area. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, always ready to help. Unfortunately, the rooms could use some updates and the view from my balcony wasn't ideal. Dining was enjoyable, but there were some quirks with the charges. Overall, it's a decent choice for the price, but not without its drawbacks.
